Sieve through your work queue like a star
Mark your progress and get organized! See how our Vtuber artists add structure to their commission waitlist with a status labeling system in this Trello alternative.

Heading back to school? Feeling overwhelmed and slow? Adding structure through a good status labeling system to your commission waitlist or personal art queue can improve your mental space. ✨
1) Create a single card for all of your statuses
Tried and true — create a regular card and add color labels for each progress stage.

2) Upload custom labels as a card cover
If you create custom label images, you can use a supercard to denote them as an image-only card on your page.

Create a Supercard > Upload an image, set as cover > Leave "Title" and "Description" fields empty > Save!
3) Double threat: Use a card with both a custom label image and custom labels
Do both! Upload a cover image that showcases your labels while also setting custom labels.

4) Group progress stages based on their categories
Each category of work could have different stages. Create a card for each category and add statuses accordingly.

We love the system on maebyl's queue as she color-coded categories! Her "Paintings and Illustrations" are in blush pink/purple tones, "Animations, Transitions, Screens" are in dark purple tones, and "Vtuber Model + Rigs" are in hot pink ~
5) Dedicate a column to your categories
Fill an entire column and make it ~ aesthetic ~! Create a card for each status stage and line them up.

Demore's queue stands out — her statuses are stacked in the first column, below her profile info and notes/rules.
How are you displaying your statuses? Happy tracking on your Sieve page! 🩷
